We had a whirlwind of visitors (and snow) in January and February. Pam, Rohit and Lucy, and Michelle all came out to hang out with Natasha. She's about 5.5 months now and has been battling a pretty bad case of eczema since December. We've tried all manner of creams, ointments, diet eliminations and homeopathic treatments, but finally caved and started using over-the-counter cortisone cream on her. It treats the symptoms but not the cause, which we are still trying to determine. We have an appointment with doctor #3 next week. This doctor specializes in natural allergy elimination (NAET - Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique). I'm not sure whether it will work, but it is non-invasive so it's worth a shot. Most of the literature I've found on the Web is positive, so I'm hopeful ...
In other news, the mountains of snow from our flurry of winter storms have finally melted and we've had a few lovely sunny days near 70, so hopefully winter is on its way out. We will have enough of it when we move to Russia ...
